  • How much is the application fee?
    The application fee is $50 (per adult applicant). Background checks will be conducted upon application.
  • How much is the security deposit?
    The security deposit is $500 for each residence. This is fully refundable at the end of the lease term, pending a damage assessment. Additional security deposit may apply upon conditionally approved applications.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes. We welcome pets. There is a $400 pet fee (non-refundable) per pet due at move-in. There is also $35 monthly rent per cat. $50 monthly rent per dog. Breed restrictions apply. Pet policy: • Only cats and dogs allowed • Up to two pets per residence • Maximum total combined weight limit of 100 lbs. • All pets must be spayed or neutered and in good health • Vet verification and pet licensing through the city of St. Paul is required BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY The following breeds are restricted and not allowed on the property at any time: Pit Bulls (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Dalmatian, Akita, Preso Canario, Wolf Hybrid, Saint Bernard *Any mix of these breeds
  • Is storage available?
    Yes. Private resident storage is available for $35 – $45 per month based on size. Dimensions vary and can be provided upon request.
  • Do you offer flexible lease terms?
    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 – 14 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.
  • Is parking available on-site?
    Controlled access underground parking is available for $150 monthly/stall. Surface lot parking is $85 per month, and available on a first-come first-serve basis (resident permit required).
  • What utilities am I responsible for?
    Comcast 100 Mbps high-speed Internet is all inclusive, and available to all residents at no additional cost. All utilities are resident’s responsibility and billed to the resident directly from The Scenic, along with their rent. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants). Gas and electric are individually metered (actual usage).
  • Does The Scenic offer balconies or patios?
    Yes. All apartment homes at The Scenic offer a private balcony or patio. Select homes on first floor offer private patio with direct exterior access.
  • Do you have on-site management?
    Yes. The Scenic has on-site management and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
  • Is smoking allowed at The Scenic?
    No. The Scenic is a smoke-free community.
  • What are my options for paying rent?
